From what I understand as long as you mist and have water available he'll do fine. Rex hardly EVER actually drinks from her bowl. I mist her and she laps up a few droplets, but once in a while she will stick her head in the waterbowl and down a whole cup at once. If the water is always there he shouldn't have a problem.
:Just wondering... I never see my ig drink except for once when I put his water bowl under his nose & he drank. He gets a bath almost every day, plus he likes his mistings if that does anything for their hydration?
