Hi Everyone!

Myka's UVB light burnt out yesterday after only eight months of use, there is a year long warrentee on these bulbs. What should I do? I got it at herpsupplies.com, should I just call them and request that another is sent to me for no charge? I've heard that a lot of people are having trouble with these bulbs...so should I save myself the trouble of using another one and go onto a different brand? I know that newer ones with similar advantages have come out since I got Myka. Any advice would help! Wendy :)
