10 feet! That's excellent! Heck, if you can afford the space and money to build it, go for it, even if you start with a juvie.

I used to have an 8' cage. There are a lot of ways you can go.
Some have glass on the front only, and the other 3 made of formica, ply-wood, plastic, fiberglass, or even glass all-around. Or have the front wall made of rubber-coated wire mesh and the rest as mentioned above.

If you do use mesh, make sure u will be able to keep things humid and warm.

Since u mentioned such a large cage, inside you can make it very functional and natural-like, without going broke.

As substrate, you can use paper-towels, or astro-turf/fake grass. The latter, you can cut it into squares, with a few spares set aside. That way, those that get dirty or soiled can be removed easily, washed, disinfected, and while drying u place in the other clean ones.

As for branches, vines and decor, because of the immensity of the cage, u can let ur imagination take over :)

Keep us posted, and if u got anymore q's, let us know. Make sure to send us pics when the cage will be built! I've never seen a 10 foot enclosure!
