The Marine iquana is the extreme example of salt sneezing. Being they're marine, they spray sea salt for quite a distance.
Monkey skinks (Corucia zebrata) also sneeze to eliminate excess salts.
As to your question, If the sneezing is accompanied by bubbling of the nose and your liz is going off feed..... Then a cold is likely. Increase the temp and _UV_. That should do it. If not, It's Vet time.

:As long as you have a UV light on for 12 hours per day, you give them whatever natural sunlight you can. Obviously the more the better but some people cannot give us much due to climate or other factors.
