What a beautiful boy - despite the foreshortened bones from his early MBD! What did the vet at MSU have to say about the eye?
I've seen other foreshortened igs whose eyes look abnormally buggy in their too-small heads, but they were all bilateral (both eyes were the same). Infection in the eye or ear area, a tumor, and an increase in intraocular pressure are some of the reasons I can think of as to why only one eye would be swollen (though i/o pressure would normally be increased in both eyes, not just one, unless there was something impeding the normal circulation in just one of the eyes...)
Anyway, I'm curious about what the vet/ophthalmologist found!
