and highly dissapointed. i think i need to find a new (weve been to three vets within an hours drive of my house and think my local one, may just be the best bet so far). he reccomended that 80% of the diet be commercial ig food, he also reccomended a heat rock and for hatchlings, a 20g tank. he gave me a large care sheet that he wrote, but most of it is what id expect to see on a petco care sheet.. =( he did take blood and on monday the lab results will be back and we can tweak his diet, add supplements as needed to the correct (how much he needs) . he said his toes being so crooked are very common, but he also said dog food was a good food for iguanas and wasnt too concerned that Zephyr was fed it, even though he also mentioned that Zeph had MBD and nutritionally imbalanced..(tell me something i dont know) and had very poor cweak colorings and very soft bones. he said the 2 toes with no movement still have circulation and no need to amputate now at least. he also said though to keep up with the daily bath and humidity soaks, and so much handling. he, yes, Zephyr is a he (joy joy joy..)

Sarah
