:the procedure of spaying and de-egging Egor took 35 min. here, they charge you by the minute, being $6.00/min. the total price of the procedure was a little less than $400 (broke again). she is resting now, and the dr. said she wouldn't eat for a couple of days. i offered her fave snack, yellow squash, to her, and she pigged out. i'm happy she got something into her, since she couldn't eat after midnight last night. the dr also said no baths for 5-6 wks. the sutures (sp?) can not get wet for any reason, so looks like i'm going to be on my hands and knees for a while picking up iggie poop off the floor.

:the weird thing is . . . we kept the eggs and the uterus. you can't see the eggs, because they are inside the uterus still. it's pretty strange looking. not to gross any one out, but they look like the pork balls in Wan Tan Soup, just about 3X bigger.

:well, i'll end this long post, and keep everyone posted. if any more advice needs to be given to me, feel free to tell me.
:Georgia
