The video idea is a good one but has one flaw.....short attention spans from humans.Have you ever wanted to see a movie that looked good on the previews and then buy it or rent it only to watch the first 10 minutes and realize that it was a waste of money?When someone watches a movie/video they expect it to have some sort of agenda to it other than listening to someone tell you why or why not to get an iguana.Not everyone cares to hear about that sort of thing which is why iguanas have such a hard time.How many people do you know of that will listen to someone explaining the do's and dont's of iguana care without falling asleep?
Watching a video is just like reading a book....If theres nothing there to keep you interested then whats the point of reading or watching it.Also some people can read a paragraph from one book and 5 minutes later forget what they read...same goes for the video even though they may watch it whats to say that anything will sink in.
Some people are just too lazy to read a book or even watch a video to learn anything which is what forums are for i guess.To me as long as people are asking ?s then at least they will be learning something if they can remember long enough. Regards Bill McLeod
