A few questions:
1) Is this a little boy iguana, or a little girl iguana?
2) What do you know about it's previous care, and has it gone off food before?
3) I agree with what was posted before: any vet should be able to do a fecal exam to check for parasites.
4) What food was it eating before? It may have been getting crickets and lettuce, and so now doesn't want the real food you are offering. You may need to "wean" it back to a healthy diet.
I suppose it is possible for a female to still be gravid and that could be the reason for resisting food. However, without a little more background, it's hard to guess. Like others have said, try to get a vet to check it out.
