:I am not sure why he was dumped, he is great to have around. No tail whipping or biting at all and he loves attention as well as grapes and bannanas along with his greens. I found him at a ranch here in Phoenix. These wonderful people take in unwanted and abused reptiles, (monitors and snakes too)and the find them good homes. They charge a 35.00 adoption fee since all the reptiles they take in are vet checked immediately. I am voulunteering to help them care for all of the animals.....
