Rather harsh, don't you think?? If I'm not mistaken, Flavia was telling the treatment that was prescribed by her vet for her turtles' eye problems. Yes, it is a good point to make that people should not diagnose or offer treatment advice over the internet, but there's no need for a personal attack.
You've launched similar attacks in the past, and one of them was to my own herp vet! He's an ARAV member and former officer and you shot down his advice along with a personal slur too! He didn't "out" himself as a vet because his partner has been flooded with folks looking for free and over-the-net veterinary advice, but still!
Try toning down your own posts before you address a problem with others, please.
