Do you have UV light and what are the cage temps? What is her normal diet?

I would suggest a vet visit if you haven't had one recently. Take a fresh stool sample in (within an hour of pooping if possible) to be checked for parasites. You may want to run a blood test as well. Make sure the vet is good with reptiles. Good luck.
