Baths are a Good thing! :D My Guy LOVES His bath Time. Just fill the tub up to about His chest level with water warm to the touch. NOT HOT! And don't be surprised if He goes to the bathroom in the tub. :P Misting is good cause they need Humidity Between 50-70% at all times. Misting a few times daily is good for this. A Water dish should ALWAYS be there. Filled with clean water. Try to clip nails once a Month if not more. Don't Cut the Quick (kinda like a Cats claw). Just the very tip where the "needle" is. Do You know about the proper diet of Collards, mustard, turnip, dandelion, escrole, etc type of Greens(NO LETTUCE OF ANY KIND! It's burger king, no nutrition...), and all the good veggies and stuff? The diet should be 60% Greens, 30-35% Veggies, and 5-10% Fruit. Anymore Questions, feel free to ask! :)

:Hello everyone.
:I've had my iguana about nine years now. When I got him, an iguana was pretty much the trendy pet to own in elementary school, and I admit not knowing exactly what I was getting into. Most of my friends igs didn't make it (iceberg lettuce... no heating or UV), but I got most of the basics down when I bought him, and he's grown up very healthy over the years. I wanted to ask about water... I mist him with a squirt bottle and offer him water daily (he generally refuses a bowl of water for weeks, then drinks it all in a sitting, is this strange?). Is it all right to let him sit in the bathtub or something once in a while?
:Also, any advice on nail clipping? Most of the time he is very good when I handle him, but he does get spooked once in a while. (ie - if you walk by a rotisserie oven in the kitchen and grease is sizzling inside, he definitely thinks i'm hissing at him and tries to kill me =) I've never had his nails clipped and I don't want to end up hurting him...
:Thanks for your help!
