Your preaching to the choir here babes! I see and hear way too many stories for my own good. I can promise that after every single trip to a humane society means that when I get home SOMEONE in my house will get extra special loving. My dog is a product of who cares what happens as long as we get the money. My immediate friends/aquaintences who breed all seem to fully understand that. Thankfully.

:I find it totally amazing how people can just get rid of their pets like that, or just dumping them off somewhere. All pets. I believe that they know they are wrong so they have to skulk in the night to do this.
:I really believe more people should be checked out more before being allowed to optain a pet. But then again, you still never know. Its a risk, when I bred Shepherd, I actually went to their house to verify, if I lost a sale too bad.
:As long as money is to be had, who cares what happens after that. Sorry for ranting, just one of my peeves.
:::I have taken in two stray iguanas found in Virginia Beach and I have herd of several more who are out there. Many of the iguanas that we took in were abandoned. One was found in a car with a WV tag. The tow truck driver found here. A friend has an iguana who was found in her cage in a dumpster. We had another one in Va just like that.
