When i lived there i use to have a couple of baby igs. When i left the country i gave them to the local zoo because the local authorities didnt give me the permission to take them out of the country!
One day my son left the door open and they escaped. At that time we used to live in a huge house! We looked and looked for them but didnt find them. One day, a week after their escapade, my son called me at work, very happy, to tell me he found BOTH iglets in front of the living room window. They were skinny but alive!!BUT Thailand is a very hot country.
So i think you should put some of food they like most in front of a window. The window miust be closed but the curtains should be open.Iguanas love sunlight and they will probably go to the window to get some.

:First off, don't jump on me for posting this... just wanted to get that out first :).
:I keep my iguana in my bathroom during winter months because it gets so cold here in Texas. Well, my cousin has been staying with us, and she uses my bathroom. She has left the door open at least 10 times, and I can't express how much I HATE that!! Well, each of those times I have found Kiwi. Except for this last time. I did my usual, and searched the house with a flashlight, the curtains, the fiscus trees, corners, under desks, everything! I have done this for about 2 hours, with hour breaks in between. I also searched again for an hour today. But I can't find him anywhere!! He has been missing for almost 3 days... no food or water and I'm worried. I know reptiles can go for a long time without food or water, but he got out before I was ging to feed him that day, and so That would mean he hasn't eaten for 4 days! I feel terrible about this. We have a HUGE 2 story house. I'm afraid it'll be too late before I find him, with the snowy, cold weather and all. Our house can get really cold at night.

:Please advise on what to do in this situation. Any and all info is appreciated. Thanks so much!!
