Stop feeding them lettuce. It's no good for an iguana. 45% of the diet should be leafy greens. For these buy it collard greens, mustard greens, carrot tops,dandeloin greens,green onions, escarole,turnip greens, leeks. Get 2 or more of these type of leafy greens and use it as your leafy greens.
Then another 35% of the diet should come from Vegetables such as green beans,peas, zuchini,yellow squash, carrot, celery, okras, etc.Try to use 2 or more mixed in with the leafy greens.Then come the fruits ...use a small amount of fruits , maybe blackberries,strawberries,canteloupe etc.This shouldn't be more than 10% of the total diet.
It's supplemantation should only be used about once a week.

:months old and I'm wondering what kind of foods I give them. someone told me for now just to give them lettuce and with the supplements. Are they old enough to introduce them to more fruits and veggies?
