First off like BabyHerp said....thank you for knowing what a ig needs...sounds like you are doing things right for your child (ig). I'm wondering if you have taken your ig in to the Vet for blood work and to have his/her (heheh I have to say this) poop checked? Those two things would get a better idea what is going on INSIDE your ig....where you can't visually see for yourself. the blood work can run around 65 to 85 dollars and stool samples I think are around 15 to 20. If you can handle the cost....I would advise you to have them both done. Other then that has there been a change in his/her enviroment? Pets, something relocated in the room, a mirror, anything that is different then say a month ago? Sometimes if you change something in the room...it may not seem like anything to you....but to your ig..it's a whole different ball game. Look around once and see if something could be bothering him/her.
