Anyone experienced with iguana rehab in Pa or NJ or NY

We recieved an iguana yesterday who was dropped off at the SPCA.She is in worse shape than I have ever seen.I do not think we are capable of the rehabbing involved.She is very friendly but black as night with cuts all over and a broken tail that may be infected as well as a toe.We were willing to try our best but dont think she will make it with us.If anyone thinks they can rehab this girl please let me know.I cant drive to far as my car is in bad shape and has no heat but I will try whatever I can to get her to someone who can help her.Thanks
