Iguanas arent dogs you know, they are wild exotic reptiles and they arent supposed to be cuddly and affectionate, the rewarding part of owning an iguana is the fact that you provide it a good home and you enjoy and appreciate the species.
If your iguana could choose, it would choose to live in the wild where it belongs, not in some cage. Anyways you should try find him a good home with an experinced person.
