Mine doesn't eat very many crickets either, but she loves mealworms and I have never had any problem with her eating them before. She loves the super mealworms but she only gets them as a treat every once in awhile. I never tried earthworms does she eat big ones or little ones?
I found out that they are rare because they are WC, they have never been CB which makes them harder to find. I just got a male the day after I read your post, he is the only other one that I have seen in four years. The difference between male and female is hard to see unless you have them next to each other. My two are the same size lenghth wise but his head and crest is almost twice the size of hers. I am giving him some time to get acclimated then I am going to put both of them in a larger tank. They don't seem to mind each other so they should get along. I will let you know what happens.
