I know this is going to sound gross and all but I've talked to a few breeders and read in a few books that a human female emits the same scent (especially during certain monthly times) as an in season female iguana. So he may be attracted to your "scent" I guess pheremones and all. Also if he is wanting to "mate" with you he will most definitely bite it just sometimes changes as to how hard he will bite.
