Hi, I have a 2 year old iguana I take to the vet about 5 times a year. I'm planning to take again tomarrow for a check up, niki recently started showing dime sized soft buldges lower sides behind rib cage but just in front of her rear legs,one on her left side seems larger and more puffed out and 2 smaller puffs on right side back just a little farther and lower. I gave let niki swim in the bath tub and when niki holds in spot you can see them much better. I jently felt along sides they buldges feel like lill ballons or just soft with a squishyness.
wondering could these be eggs or maybe bloated? niki eats 2 times a day hasn't let up and poops every morning same time same size :) ive been told when I got nikki that nikki was a girl but never sure..any ideas? she eats the iguana den salid, has uvb and a uvb/spot lamp 6x6 cage with misting system.
