To help the iguana switch foods, try grating/chipping the lettuce and strawberries in to very smal bits, so that they stick to the other foods. Of you could try running strawberries through a blender and pouring the result over the healthy salad. If the ig can't pick them out, the other greens will be eaten along with the srawberry or lettuce bits. When the ig is eating well, gradualy reduce the amount of lettuce and strawberries untill they are only a tiny portion of the salad.
