Mine's in PDF format so it is already set up for printing out regardless of the type of system or web browser you use. And, at 75 pages, it's detailed. ;)
If the person you are getting the caresheet for has a computer but doesn't have internet access, you could save the file to floppy or CD, along with a copy of the free-to-download-and-install Adobe Acrobat reader, and he can install the reader and my ICFS on his computer, and read it on his computer, printing it all out or just whatever pages he needs at the moment.
