From your list I would definately choose Cyclura! I keep or have kept everything on that list. The Cyclura are the most intelligent, interactive, and magnificent lizard on the list. Choosing which Cyclura would be a problem in itself. Personally I like the Rhinos best but would have a problem giving up my lewisi and Cuban Rocks.
If I could choose something not on the list but it had to be an Iguanid I'd choose Ctenosaura bakeri.
If I can choose other than Iguanid my second choice would be Varanus albigularus (Whitethroat Monitor). Someday I will have one. We have a Blackthroat rescue in right now that's pretty nice but I've always dreamed of a Cape Whitethroat.
