Just one you say? I'd have to say the
Cyclura nubila lewisi - Grand Cayman Iguana 
because these species are so endangered and need to be saved from extinction!
Also, I don't think that 100K would be enough! If it was 100K per year, then sure... but you would run out of $$ quickly because of the needs of the iguanas! You'd have to recreate a habitat, build resources, etc etc etc... see where the money goes? =)
If I could have more than one, then I'd say the
Cyclura cychlura cychlura - Andros Island Iguana
with the Cyclura nubila lewisi. The Andros are awesome animals... males get HUGE!
