Reptiles never really stop growing 'til the day they die. Of course, with age, growth rates are at a minimun...almost a fraction of an inch per year.
So I wouldn't be surprised if a 7 y/o iguana's dewlap keeps increasing in size along with the animal's body. If you look at some 7 foot male iguanas, their dewlaps are enormous!
So my answer is yes. But the growth eventually is reduced to millimiters annually.
