Celery is recommended on the Ultimate Owners Manual, page 268.About alfafa spouts perhaps they dont have a good Ca:P but they are a good source of protein and other nutrients and my igs and my Star turtle just love alfafa spouts.They hate rabbit pellets!!

ga :I agree lose the eggs, and the noodles bread etc are few and far between treats. However alfalfa sprouts and celery are like lettuces, almost no nutrients. To feed alfalfa you use either the mature leaves, powdered leaves or pellets.
