I feel your pain. I'm in Upstate N.Y. too..... I wish I were in Cali...... :(
:At least down in VA you can bring your iguana out somewhere! Here in upstate New York it's so cold I wouldn't even want to bring Lizard to a vet unless it were a real emergency. It finally got up to 25 degrees today... Lately it's been staying 10 degrees or colder. :-/ Yuck. Awful weather for my reptiles!
::Poor Felix has been so concerned about those sleeping bearded dragons. Everytime he is out, he climbs up on the bd aquarium and stares at the sleeping dragons. They woke up one day but after a snow/ice storm they went back to sleep. THe poor things woke up yesterday and wouldn't you know it is going to snow again (it never snows in Va Beach until this year). The poor things look like they are going back to sleep.
::Felix wants to go somewhere but I keep telling him it is cold. It wasn't as bad today, so I bundled him up at took him to Petsmart. He didn't like the cold and sat on the dash over the heater, but he loved being petted. What a ham.
::What a toll this winter is having on my scaley kids.
