This is my first time on this forum,so hello everyone.
I was at a local Petland store and was just looking around. In a large setup they have a tortoise and several iguanas.(greens and a spiny tail)Well I know that most of these animals are probably not cared for the way they should, however the spiny tail is very alert, clean, and well fed,for now. I saw that the price for it is about $15. I know they get to a fairly large size and have bad attitudes.I raise corn snakes right now and wondered if the spiny tail would be a difficult animal to care for.Would love some pics and info from anyone who has Spiny tails. Thanks!
Oh I have had experience with an iguana(Icky,Mom named her).My Aunt gave her to me because my cousin would not care for her.I had her several years, she got to be a large and feisty girl.Unfortunately I was starting college and could not take her with me and my parents would not take care of her.So she went to my Aunt's,who let her perish.Still miss her.:(
