Most are not "morphs" per se, but rather locality variations. Iguanas have a huge range, all the way from Mexico to South America, so of course their looks vary quite a bit. My favorite site with locality photos of wild iguanas is http://www.kulturresor.nu/wild/wild.htm
The only "real" color mutation I am aware of in iguanas is albino/amelanistic - it's a simple recessive mutation that makes the ig yellow and white. It is detrimental to their health - if I'm not mistaken, albino igs have greatly reduced lifespans, and can suffer sunburn.
The other couple of advertised morphs, if you believe them to be morphs at all, are the blue diamond and the red iguanas from fluker farms' central american breeding facility. A marketing scam, as far as I can see. The hatchlings of these "morphs" look different, but I have yet to see any evidence that the adults look all that different from other adult green iguanas.
