I have a question......how long did you own your other iguanas? Do you know that Iguana's get to be 4 to 6 feet long....a 55 gallon tank might be fine for a juvenile. Once a iguana comes of age he/she will need a good amount of space. A suggestion might be to look at geckos a smaller reptile who could live in a 55 gallon tank.
