I know what you mean... we have some very close friends who bring their dog with them EVERYWHERE. They'd even bring her along to family functions, to our house, etc. without asking. She would have to be by her "dad's" side 24/7, and would get in the way during dinner and the like. We'd end up having to lock her in the garage. This dog is NOT a separation dog, so she'd be miserable and it'd break my heart to keep her in there. Sometimes people are really naive and don't understand the inconvenience they can make. It is unfathomable how anyone could NOT like their dog or other animal... I mean, look at 'em! CUTE, right? lol....
:I remember an old friend bringing her dog to a cookout at another friend's house (which I think is kind of annoying anyway...since those people didn't have or weren't into dogs). Anyway, then the dog owner proceeded to give the dog a piece of hotdog from the grill...the dog puked it up all over my other friend's patio (and the owners then doted on the dog and didn't clean it up) uggghhhh I think most dog people are inconsiderate because they just don't understand how other people aren't into dogs. I don't drag my lizards everywhere expecting people to like them. (okay so I'm off on a tangent here since this was about feeding dogs human food...obviously not a good idea in this case) I wish I liked dogs more. I just don't think I could ever own one.
