:i work for a vet so ive already done a complete reptile profile along with radiographs surprisingly his calcium levels are pretty good and bone density looks good also, fecal has been run and no parasites seen. ive read the web sites and info everyone has provided and got alot of info. i will be trying to swim him to build up muscle tone. hopefully given time proper diet and care he will bounce back. i have had alot of reptile experience with snakes and other lizards but this is my first iguana kinda excited just sorry he had to come from the enviroment that he did
:im going to try to get some pics of him so i can keep track of improvement

:Welcome from Sleestack and me! I would take a fresh fecal sample in to the vet soon. He sounds like he may have some other problems if he can't climb. The vet can check for MBD. You could try some warm baths...maybe he'll swim around and help build muscle.

::I'll give you some links. Make sure he has a UV light and a good diet (collards, mustards, turnip greens, dadelion, escarole, endive, watercress, squash, snow peas, green beans, a fruit treat like melon, mango, berries, papaya.
