Also I have No clue if there are Wal-Marts up there however come spring they stock them like crazy down here. Perchance you can get them or another store with a garden center to get you in a bunch. Collards are a very hardy plant. I grow them year round in my house. While it gets a tad colder by you, we are currently below zero outside here.

:This summer I am planning on growing as many different things as possible in my own garden for Myka to eat. I've got TONS of different kinds of good greens, squashes, and other vegetables ordered. The only thing I can't seem to find in catologs is collards, which I really want to grow. Does anyone know where I can order the seeds? Or is it even possible to grow them here in Canada? I live in Nova Scotia. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Wendy :)
