You bought this iglet NOT knowing of these physical problems? Jason...I'd get this Ig to the vet ASAP if he isn't being seen already. If his medication is being perscribed by a vet then call them & tell them whats going on!
While your waiting at home before Iglet sees the vet...get him under UVB for 12 hrs a day or unfiltered sunlight (no barrier except maybe a screen window or wire mesh)
Add calcium supplement and some water-laden bread pieces to his salad.

Is he eating, drinking? what medication are you using for his "skin problem"?
