Since now you have to cage them separated because as XTA said the dominant one will bite the 2nd one, constrain him , forbid him to eat,to drink and bask.As a example i used to cage since they were babies 3 males together. The dominant one is now 1 meter 36, the passive one is only 1 meter 12!!The dominant one has all the male characteristics very well developed, the passive one looks like a female!! One day the passive one, which could not tolerate that situation anymore, bit the dominant one. Then i separated them!!
To avoid so much stress for both igs and to permit both of them to flourish you have to buy 2 cages. The cages dont need to be too big now because if you put them in big cages now they can pass through the cages bars!LOL!

Thanx xta. I hadn't thought about the dominance thing. Makes sense. So the brown color on the lil' one's head is normal? And normal for him/her to lay flat all the time? Looking at them together it would seem that the little one was ill.....comparing him/her to Zig and his attitude....I was really hoping that that wasn't the case. The dominance/submissive explanation makes perfect sense, so I'll go with that. :)
:Thanx a bunch for replying....Oh and I am going to try to find someplace around here that will take one of them. I hate the thought of taking either one of them back to the pet store, cuz I know it doesn't mean they'll get a good home...or a home at all. *sigh* It hasn't been very long but I'm already very attached.......amazing!

::Igs are like your kids.....they aren't the same are they? Nope...I'm sure their personalities are very different and it is the same with iguanas (for some reason it seems like they should be the same, but you have now had first hand experience that it just isn't true!)
::I would say the one that stands tall is the dominant one...which may be why the other one stays lower (being submissive). Does this mean that he/she is more aggressive? Not necessarily. If you gave him away and kept the more passive one, he would then think he is king of your house... It will be a hard choice for you...don't envy that choice. I would try to give him to a rescue home in your area...or find a better home for him because going back to the petstore usually is a death sentence. Good luck.
