Another thing to keep in mind is that if it is 90 degrees outside and the humidity is 70%+ the ambient air temps will feel much hotter...there is a mathmatical equation for this, but can't remember what it is! If I can think of it I will post it! We had this problem in our climate control horse barns this summer when the power went out! Also, keep in mind that if her outside cage is on a porch with a lot of reflective material (glass, aluminum,etc) near it that those things will reflect even more heat! Good luck, glad she is doing better!
