It would be expected to make a few mistakes but to ace virtually everything in reverse? If in fact you are on the up and up the simplest answer is to contact someone who doesn't have a vested interest in selling you something, like a ZOO! And as for calling this a small group whoooo boy! Look around. If I am wrong I apologize but from what I am reading I vote TROLL!
