they dont like me to touch them either.In general they dont bite but they go away.TREX takes my hand out with his hands when he doesnt want to be touched for any reason.I dont think your iguana really bit you.If he did that it would be bleeding!!He just " showed" to you in his own way he didnt want to be rubbed in the belly!

:Yesterday when I went to pet Ozzy like I always do Ozzy did what she ALWAYS does lifts up her but like a cat. But when I rubbed near her tummy she BIT me, not hard but she bit me. JEEZ! I didn't do it hard. The only time I can touch her stomache it when she's asleep! HEPL!!!!!!
