I can't answer any of your questions, but I can tell you that I bought a case of 10, and one month later they were ALL GONE. Yes, All 10 burned out in less than a month's time. A few burned out immediately after being plugged in, and others lasted a few weeks. I'm back to flourescent UVB... At least they LAST 6 months...

:I'm looking at Nature Zone's High Noon UVB+ Heat Bulb. Can anyone here tell me about their experience with these bulbs? How do these compare with the ActiveUV and the PowerSun, as far as UV output? Do they produce sufficient amounts of UVB, that is not filtered out by the inner coating of the bulb?
