I agree with Faust....I feed as much as they will eat! Sleestack has cut back on eating during breeding season now, but I usually leave him two small dog bowls of food during the day and one again when I come home from work...and I'll refill that if he eats it all. He likes to eat throughout the day and evening, although I take it out before he goes to bed. If you have night heat, they can still digest to some extent. I do try to give him as food as soon as possible so he can bask some before the lights go out, however.
