I went through the hole deal with them and I got 3 months use before they both burned out within a week of each other and the return policy sucks what they do is pro-rate them for what you have used and you pay the difference also you must send them in to the factory for this oh and by the way expect at least a 3 week turn-around- 3 WEEKS so in the mean time what are you supposed to do by another for $50-80 bucks Yeah-right this is a joke! What I did was go to a commercial supplier and I now buy the same bulb(without the brand name) wholesale for $38 bucks out the door.(make sure its self ballasted) by the way If there happens to be a problem with the bulb take it back for an exchange -no fuss-no muss on the one I get the neck is slightly longer though so you wont be able to place the bulb directly on top of the cage youll have to rig something to space about an inch. sorry so long but I needed to vent I will never use those Brand name bulbs again
