Well look at it this way... If no one else had answered this post, the suggestions that you made could have potentially done more harm in the long run than good or at the VERY least done nothing to help the situation. What you suggested came across as though it was correct information when, in fact, it was not. Sorry, but if you had phrased your suggestion more along the lines of "I'm not sure" or "I think" or "Maybe" or "what about?" then maybe the reply would've been a bit different......
