This, IMO, is the only portion of the TOS that I feel would be even CLOSE to applicable to these situations.

Posting potentially libelous or slanderous messages, posting warnings about companies or individuals, posting notices about bad deals or dealers, or posting personal attacks about companies or individuals is a violation.
However, inherent in the definition of libel is the fact that the words MUST BE UNTRUE.

:What is more important: having the best, most accurate information available so that everyone can enjoy their animals and their animals can enjoy a healthy life, or, keeping this site totally free of competition and free (and TRUE) speech?
:Is it more important to censor an entire website that, for the most part, compliments (meant in both of the commonly accepted ways) this site and only occasionally brings legitimate gripes to the table than to allow the users (without whom, this site would fail miserably) to speak their piece and move on?
:And lastly, where on the TOS does it state that the mere mention of competing websites will result in having your post reported to a moderator and a request to delete any mention of sites such as the BE OH EYE? Honestly, how can we as users expect to fully utilize this site if we can't even mention MAJOR facets of this industry?
:Like I said earlier, this post is not meant to stir up trouble, it is merely meant to get answers to what I feel are legitimate questions that should be addressed.
