I'm not an iguana expert (or even owner), but those sound like sperm plugs. I'm sure a forum regular will be along any minute with a more detailed answer, just figured I'd give you something to set your mind at ease in the meantime.

:Two white slimy, gooy stringy type things hanging from his vent?? Was He trying to pass a plug? Is he in season? I gave him a bath and He just pooped normal poo. Now He's in my lap "licking" the air and looking around. What was that??? I'm slightly confused.....
