I take back the "tub" thing, to a degree. When she was an itty baby, I had her in a tray (mini-tub?)in the shower, so she woudln't feel overwhelmed by the space. And to think I used to sit there, to make sure she'd potty and not wander off!
However, re: regular tub, I remember the first time she was put in one, she splashed water all over the place. When she hit 4, she seemed to settle with the tub thing.
