One day we forgot to close the closet door before we left for work. Came home, and I thought, "Uh-oh, where's Lizard?!" Turns out he'd gone into the closet, climbed up some clothes that were hanging low, then laid down for a nap on the hanger rod, which is A LOT narrower than he is.
The absolute strangest, though, is when he slept on the giant spiky pine cone. My boyfriend brought the thing back from southern California because it was the biggest, spikiest pine cone he'd ever seen... it doesn't look like a normal pine cone. It looks like it would be quite painful to sleep on, in fact. I guess Lizard didn't think so. :-)
