Igs all have varying tastes. For example, if someone didn't like chocolate I think I just might think that they were from another planet =P I guess your iguanas just don't like it (as crazy as that seems). Try leaving the flowers in their cages and letting them check them out.
Typically, the bright colors attract them to investigate a possible meal. Tarzan has attempted to eat a whole unpeeled orange, whole squash, lunged at strawberries, tried to eat blueberries through their little clear plastic box, bright yellow plastic bags (good thing i caught him, or we'd be dealing with one heck of a tummy ache!), whole bananas... lol, he just goes for anything that looks like it just might be yummy, crazy little boy =P
