Lesha,

Sneakers is only 5" SVL, 16" overall. The leash work great. I use to try to put the noose up over the tail and hind legs. Don't do that. It takes an army to help you get it on. I really wish that we had a movie film of the family trying to get the leash on Sneakers. hehehe Just put the noose part over her head while your holding her. She will climb through it with her front legs. When she does, tighten the noose to fit the upper portion of her body. Then slide it down above the back legs and fit snuggly again. Not to tight, but if to loose or she will jump and go right through it. This is experience talking. LOL

Try it around the house first to make sure she can't get out of it. I bought a light weight plastic push button jacket thingy at the sewing center. It light weight and where the two pieces of rope go in to it, it forms a "V" over her spikes. If she jumps off and runs don't pull back, just let her get to the end of rope and slowly walk up the line to her. This is where you might see a couple of crocidile rolls you were wondering about. LOL Just talk to her calmly.

Sneakers is quite used to the leash now and only once in a while will try to make a break for it.

Joan (double peach hibcisus to all)
